Mia’s wealth of clinical experience informs her practice and understanding of the central role mental health plays in overall wellness. Mia manages a broad range of child, adolescent, and adult mental health concerns with a focus on ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. As a Washington State Autism Center of Excellence Provider, she is qualified to evaluate and diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her own late diagnosis, challenges in accessing appropriate mental healthcare, and witnessing the transformation of family members after receiving Autism diagnoses drove her to pursue a career as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is committed to maintaining a safe and therapeutic space for her clients, particularly for members of historically underserved and marginalized communities. She is honored by each patient who chooses to share their story with her.

In her free time, Mia enjoys traveling with her partner, spending time with family, tending to her plants, listening to audiobooks, baking, hiking, skiing, and swimming.

Mia is an Affiliate Faculty at Seattle University.
